I am 22 years old and have a wonderful 2 year old boy. I started to get into health and fitness about 6 months before I got pregnant and was constantly working out. I wanted to run a half marathon and was starting to train for it. Soon after I found out I was pregnant I stopped working out and started to eat whatever I wanted to. This was the worst possible thing I could have done for myself. I did eat healthy meals but I ate so much junk food it was unreal. My weight went from 130 to 200 pounds. Right when I had my son it went down to 189 pounds. The weight just fell off me fortunately with doing zumba 3x a week and making wiser choices. I am currently 140 pounds. So i decided it was time to get real! I made this tumblr in hopes of losing the rest of the fat on my body and never have it return! I will be eating clean and training hard.
